Custom Refinements was founded by Chuck Hair in 1999. A South Carolina native with almost 20 years of home building experience, Chuck started with a single project and steadily grew the business through a commitment to excellence in every aspect of the job. As business has grown, so has the Custom Refinements team. Each new employee brings complementary skills and a shared vision of the process and results.
